CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Notorious Color Salon we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation/Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments online up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any fee. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 65% of the total appointment cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with having a last minute cancellation / opening. 3. Emergency Exceptions: If you have an emergency and need to cancel within the 48-hour window, please call me directly to discuss your situation. At my discretion, I may waive up to 50% of the cancellation fee or apply it as a gift certificate towards a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
